- Yamato (officially Yamato Soy Sauce & Miso) was founded in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture in 1911.
- 100% made from rice. No sugar added and the sweetness is naturally derived from rice and Koji. It contains no alcohol.
- The biggest difference from other Amazake is that we use brown rice instead of regular white rice.
