Yamato (officially Yamato Soy Sauce & Miso) was founded in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture in 1911.
100% made from rice. No sugar added and the sweetness is naturally derived from rice and Koji. It contains no alcohol.
The biggest difference from other Amazake is that we use brown rice instead of regular white rice.
You can customize your own flavor by mixing with Soy milk or milk. It can be good with ginger for warm Amazake.
